FAQS

How does the pay work?

You get paid based on your useable signatures at a 75% validity standard. If you don't know what that means, ask us and we will explain it to you. In some states, it is an hourly pay instead, this means you get paid for the hours that you work.

Pay period is Mon-Sun and you get paid via direct deposit on Friday.

How soon will I get paid?

If you've never worked with us before then we will hold back the first weeks pay for upto two weeks after validity comes back. Please make sure you can feed yourself and fill gas in your car in the meanwhile.

Is this W2 or 1099?

All of our projects are 1099, this means you are considered an independent contractor and we do not withold any taxes. this also means you are responsible for your own expenses.

Will you send me a flight ticket?

Negative. In most cases you are expected to bring your own vehicle and drive out to where we are. In some specific big campaigns we might fly you out and pay for housing. In most cases you are expected to cover your own travel out of pocket.

How does housing work?

We typically all stay in a large airbnb to keep costs low. We will pay for the airbnb upfront and then take it out of your paycheck. So you are responsible for housing, but unlike your travel cost - its not paid upfront.

Is this a seasonal job or full time job?

We have work 40-45 weeks a year. This does not mean that you will be invited for all the projects as some projects will be saved for only our top performers. Top performers will have work 40+ weeks a year, low performers may only have work for 10-15 weeks of the year.

Do you offer top performers incentives?

Yes, we have a points system where you collect points with signature you gather and you can redeem those points for merch, iPhone's or even a 3d/4N cruise! We often run competition days as well with massive points giveaways!
